Most AI drafts are useful, but too many sound like a formal template. Work messages need to be specific, direct, and easy to trust.
"I wanted to follow up regarding the proposal that was previously shared. Please let me know if there are any questions, comments, or concerns that you would like to discuss further."
"I’m following up on the proposal I sent last week. Does the scope still fit what you need, or should I adjust anything before we move forward?"
Turn vague or over-polite messages into direct requests that still sound professional.
Simplify dense AI wording so the offer, timeline, and next step are easier to understand.
Remove stock launch language and make the post sound like a real founder or teammate wrote it.
Rewrite status notes so they state what changed, what is blocked, and what needs a decision.
Before using any rewrite at work, compare it with the source draft. Check every name, date, deadline, price, scope item, promise, attachment, and approval request. A better tone is not useful if it changes the commitment.
Use a short email, post, proposal section, or update. One task at a time gives a cleaner result.
Use Professional for clients, Natural for social posts, and Simple when clarity matters more than polish.
Read the output aloud and restore anything that became too strong, too vague, or factually different.
Do not use an AI humanizer to hide prohibited AI use, fake personal experience, invent proof, or guarantee detector outcomes. For work, the honest value is faster editing of a real draft you already intend to review.
Paste a short email or post, choose a tone, and compare the result before using it.
