You want a focused rewrite
Bring in a draft, select one of six tones, control rewrite strength, and review the full output without navigating a large tool suite.
QuillBot offers a broad suite that spans paraphrasing, grammar, summarizing, translation, originality tools, and more. Penlify does fewer jobs: it focuses on rewriting a draft’s tone and flow, plus AI-pattern analysis.
Choose QuillBot if you want many writing tools inside one broad suite. Choose Penlify if you mainly need a clean, dedicated place to adjust an existing draft’s tone and natural flow.

A good fit depends on what survives the rewrite and how easily you can finish the draft with confidence.
Choose a non-sensitive email, short product description, or explanation you wrote. Keep the source beside the result so the comparison is about the same job, not two different prompts.
Read for names, dates, numbers, links, qualifications, and the reader's next step. A smooth sentence is not useful if it weakens a claim or changes a commitment.
Pick the tool that makes the next edit straightforward. Some writers need a broad toolkit; others want a smaller workspace that keeps the review focused on one draft.
Try a direct client email, a paragraph with a date or number, and a short explanation with a qualification such as “usually” or “only.” If the rewrite makes any of those details harder to defend, edit it before using it. Do not judge a tool by a detector score or by how different the wording looks.
Start with the private analyzer. It gives value without requiring an account or sending the text to Penlify.
